The EnterDJ program is a space where a laptop and headphones are transformed into tools for psychological recovery. By analyzing feedback and surveys from over a hundred of our students, we have captured a complete picture: from the initial fear of the controller to a sense of total emotional freedom.

1. The Source of Power: What inspires people to start?
For our participants, DJing has ceased to be just a technical skill. It is a method of creative self-expression and a manifestation of individuality.

Love for Music: The primary driver remains the desire to share one’s own music selection. Respondents note that the emotional power of music can unite people on the dance floor, creating a special connection.
Social Glue: For beginners, the motivation is the opportunity to build new social ties. Interacting with the public and their immediate reaction provides a powerful boost of energy.
Therapeutic Space: Many describe music as a safe place for emotional release, where exploring genres and track structures becomes an exciting intellectual quest.
2. Starting Challenges: Real Obstacles
The path to mastery is not always easy.

In 2025, participants candidly shared their difficulties:
The Economic Barrier: The most common problem is the high price of equipment. This is why the EnterDJ methodology (laptop + free software) remains critically important.
Lack of Structure: Self-study often reaches a dead end without a mentor. "Beatmatching" and mastering Rekordbox require professional guidance.
Psychological Barriers: The fear of judgment and anxiety before the first performance is something almost everyone faces. Some even had to struggle for understanding within their families, choosing between creativity and basic needs.
However, most agree: passion and regular practice are stronger than the absence of formal education.
3. DJing as an excercise with purpose: The Psycho-emotional Effect
The 2025 survey confirmed: this is true art therapy and a tool for emotional stabilization.

Meditation in Rhythm: Participants describe the process of playing as an "escape" or a state of total immersion that helps relieve stress and overcome symptoms of depression.
Grounding: Physical contact with a controller or vinyl provides a sense of calm. Even a short set after a hard day radically changes the mood.
Confidence: DJing teaches how to express emotions that are difficult to put into words.
"Sharing music is a healing experience," our students say.
4. Make EnterDJ a better place: Where are we going?
Our community dreams of growth.

Platforms for Experience: More stages where a beginner can play their first set in front of an audience.
Access to Gear: The creation of hubs with equipment for those who cannot afford their own controller.
Professional Support: Beyond technical skills, creative advice and exchanging musical perspectives with mentors and peers are vital. This can provide the impetus for self-driven growth, increased engagement, and deeper involvement in the program's development.
EnterDJ is more than just a hobby. It is an inspiring, accessible, and effective practice for improving quality of life.
This material was prepared based on surveys and feedback from participants of the EnterDJ programs for 2024-2026.
